How the numbers are calculated
- Daily loss limit = starting balance × daily drawdown %.
- Max loss = starting balance × max drawdown %. Static stays fixed; trailing follows your high-water mark until it locks at the starting balance.
- Payout = profit × profit split (75% One/Two Step, 80% Instant Lite, 90% with the upgrade).
- Instant Funding Lite profit buffer: the first 3% of profit stays in the account and cannot be withdrawn. Payout = (profit − 3% of balance) × split.
- Losses in a row = drawdown % ÷ risk per trade %.

Frequently asked questions
How is max daily loss calculated in prop trading?
Multiply the starting account balance by the daily drawdown percentage. On a $100,000 One Step account with a 5% daily drawdown, the daily loss limit is $5,000.
What is the difference between static and trailing drawdown?
A static drawdown is fixed from the starting balance and never moves (Aveon Two Step: 8% static). A trailing drawdown follows your highest balance upward until it locks at the starting balance (Aveon One Step: 6% trailing).
How much do I get paid from a funded account?
Payout = profit × profit split. At 8% profit on a $50,000 Two Step account ($4,000), a 75% split pays $3,000 and the 90% Profit Share Upgrade pays $3,600.
How much should I risk per trade?
Many funded traders risk 0.5–1% per trade. At 1% risk on a 4% daily limit you can absorb four consecutive full losses in one day before breaching.
