Trading rules, explained plainly

Drawdown limits, profit targets, news trading and weekend holding for every Aveon Funding program. No hidden catches, everything you need to know before you start.

Trading rules

The rulebook, in plain language

Every rule that can affect your account is explained below. Nothing else exists — no hidden conditions, no objectives added after you buy.

Daily Drawdown

The maximum you may lose within a single trading day. One Step allows 5%, Two Step 4% and Instant Funding Lite 3%. Instant Funding Lite is calculated on end of day balance.

Maximum Drawdown

The total loss allowance for the account. One Step: 6% trailing. Two Step: 8% static. Instant Funding Lite: 5% trailing.

Trailing vs Static Drawdown

A trailing max drawdown follows your closed balance upward and locks at the starting balance. A static max drawdown is a fixed percentage of the starting balance and never moves.

Hard vs Soft Breach

A soft breach closes the offending trades and you keep trading. A hard breach — daily drawdown, maximum drawdown or inactivity — fails the assessment or ends the funded account.

Consistency Rule

Applies to Instant Funding Lite at 25%: no single trading day may account for more than 25% of total profits at the time of a payout request.

Profit Buffer

Instant Funding Lite carries a 3% non-withdrawable profit buffer. Profits above the buffer are eligible for payout under the standard split.

Weekend Holding

Positions must be closed before the weekend unless the Hold Over Weekend add-on has been purchased. This applies to all three programs.

News Trading

Opening a position within 3 minutes before or after a News Event is prohibited. Affected positions may be closed and the associated P&L removed.

Inactivity

All programs require activity at least every 30 days. An inactivity violation is a hard breach.
