What is Profit Buffer?

An amount of profit that must stay in the account and cannot be withdrawn.

A buffer protects the firm against an immediate give-back. Only profit above the buffer is eligible for payout.

Formula

Withdrawable = profit − (balance × buffer %)

Example

$50,000 Instant Funding Lite at 8% profit ($4,000): buffer $1,500, withdrawable $2,500, payout at 80% = $2,000.

At Aveon Funding

Instant Funding Lite has a 3% non-withdrawable buffer.
