This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed in connection with the Website, including the pages you visit, the way the Website is used, and communications you send to us using the contact details published here.

Different processing activities rely on different legal bases. Using the Website does not by itself constitute consent to all processing of your personal data. Where consent is required — in particular for analytics and marketing technologies — that consent is requested separately through the cookie preference interface described below.

Services accessed outside the Website, including the external dashboard and checkout environment, program participation, and any trading platform, are governed by the terms and privacy practices applicable to those services.

Aveon Funding is a proprietary trading brand and service, powered by Aveon Capital, that operates a simulated trading environment for performance-based rewards.

Aveon Funding operates in affiliation with Prop Account, LLC. Assessment fees are paid to Prop Account, LLC, and traders enter into the applicable assessment agreements with Prop Account, LLC. Aveon Capital provides trader-facing services, customer support and the Aveon Funding platform.

Third-party providers described in this Privacy Policy may act as processors on our behalf or as independent controllers in their own right, depending on the service and the circumstances.

The Website does not contain any form through which you can submit your name, address, account credentials or identity documents. The information processed through the Website is technical and behavioural information generated by your use of it. Some of this information constitutes personal data, and online identifiers such as IP addresses and cookie or session identifiers may constitute personal data under applicable law.

Communications

If you contact us by email, we process the content of your message and the contact details you choose to provide in order to respond and to keep a record of the enquiry.

Aveon Funding does not ask you to provide online banking login credentials through aveonfunding.com. The Website does not contain any form for collecting online banking usernames, passwords, PINs, security codes or similar credentials that could be used to access your bank account, and you are not required to provide access to your personal bank account in order to use aveonfunding.com.

Aveon Funding does not collect bank account information or online banking information directly through aveonfunding.com. Payment information required to complete a purchase is submitted through the external checkout environment described in the Payment Processing section below, and information submitted within that environment is subject to the applicable terms and privacy practices governing that service.

This section distinguishes between bank account information, online banking authentication credentials, payment information submitted to an external checkout provider, and transaction information that Aveon Funding may legitimately receive in connection with a purchase, as described in the Payment Processing section.

Anti-impersonation notice

Aveon Funding will not ask you to send secret authentication credentials such as online banking passwords, banking PINs, payment-card PINs, cryptocurrency wallet seed or recovery phrases, cryptocurrency private keys, or similar secret credentials that would provide direct access to an external financial account or to digital assets. If you receive an unexpected communication claiming to be from Aveon Funding requesting this type of information, do not provide it, and verify the communication using the contact information published on aveonfunding.com.

This notice concerns secret access credentials and impersonation attempts. It does not mean that an authorised external checkout provider cannot request the payment information necessary to process a transaction.

Aveon Funding does not process payments directly through aveonfunding.com.

When you choose to purchase an Aveon Funding product or service, you are redirected to an external checkout environment operated through our third-party service provider. Payment and transaction information submitted during checkout is processed within that external environment and is subject to the applicable terms and privacy practices governing that service.

For information about how information is collected, processed, stored and protected in connection with checkout and payment processing, please refer to the applicable Client Terms and Policies for the external checkout environment.

Aveon Funding may receive information relating to purchases or transactions where necessary to administer services, identify purchases, provide customer support, prevent or investigate fraud, handle disputes and chargebacks, process legitimate refunds where applicable, maintain required business records, comply with legal obligations, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Payments made in connection with Aveon Funding products or services are not deposits into a bank, savings, brokerage or investment account with Aveon Funding.

Aveon Funding does not provide customers with bank accounts.

Aveon Funding does not request access to customers' personal bank accounts for the purpose of investing or managing their money.

Matters relating to simulated trading, evaluations, funded accounts, payouts, program rules, refunds and risk are addressed in the applicable Client Terms and Policies, not in this Privacy Policy.

Aveon Funding will not ask you, through aveonfunding.com, ordinary support communications, or unsolicited communications, to disclose secret credentials such as:

• Online banking passwords
• Payment-card PINs
• Cryptocurrency wallet seed or recovery phrases
• Cryptocurrency private keys

Treat any unexpected communication requesting such credentials as suspicious. Do not respond to it, and verify the communication through the official contact information published on aveonfunding.com.

Information processed through the Website is used for the following purposes:

• Operating, delivering and securing the Website
• Remembering and applying your cookie preferences
• Understanding how the Website is used, including navigation, engagement and technical performance
• Measuring which programs and content generate interest, and where visitors leave the Website
• Measuring marketing and campaign effectiveness and attributing traffic sources
• Improving the Website, its content and its usability
• Responding to enquiries sent to our support address
• Detecting, investigating and preventing fraud, abuse and security incidents
• Handling payment disputes and chargebacks, and enforcing applicable terms
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims

We do not use Website information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

Cookies and similar technologies, including browser local storage and session storage, are used on the Website. Some of these technologies store or read identifiers that can be associated with your device or browser over time, so they are not merely anonymous identifiers.

Strictly necessary

Required for the Website to function and to record your cookie choice. Your consent decision itself is stored in your browser so that it can be respected on later visits. These technologies are always active and cannot be switched off.

Analytics

Used to measure and understand how the Website is used. These technologies, including a website session identifier, first-visit indicator, first-touch attribution information and the cookies and storage set by our analytics providers, are only activated after you give analytics consent.

Marketing

A separate consent category covers advertising measurement and attribution technologies. This category includes the Meta Pixel and the cookies it sets (_fbp and, where an advertising click identifier is present, _fbc). Nothing in this category is activated before you give marketing consent, and marketing consent is independent of analytics consent.

You can review or change your choices at any time using the Cookie settings control, which is also available in the Website footer.

PostHog

We use PostHog as our product analytics provider. Subject to your analytics consent, PostHog processes the events described above together with automatically captured interaction information, including clicks and element interactions, and detection of repeated or unproductive clicks (commonly referred to as rage clicks and dead clicks). This information helps us understand navigation, engagement and usability problems.

Session replay may be enabled for a sample of sessions where analytics consent has been provided, which means that not every visit is recorded. A session replay is a reconstruction of interactions with the Website, such as page views, pointer movement, scrolling and clicks. Masking safeguards are applied so that text entered into input fields is masked, and elements can be excluded from capture.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand website usage, traffic and acquisition sources, engagement, campaign effectiveness and relevant conversion interactions. Subject to your analytics consent, Google Analytics processes technical information such as your IP address, device and browser information and the events we send.

Analytics information is not anonymous and may constitute personal data. Where these providers act as independent controllers for parts of their processing, their own privacy notices apply in addition to this Privacy Policy.

Subject to your analytics consent, the Website records the campaign attribution information described above (UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid and referrer information) as properties of analytics events. This allows us to understand which campaigns and channels bring visitors to the Website. We limit this information to what is reasonably necessary for measurement and attribution.

Meta Pixel

Subject to your marketing consent, we use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, to measure the performance of our advertising on Meta services and to support audience and campaign optimisation. The Pixel processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, the page address, and the identifiers stored in the _fbp and _fbc cookies.

We send the Meta Pixel only three events: a page view, a program view containing the name and category of the funding program displayed, and a checkout initiation containing the selected program, account size and the price shown to you in US dollars. Checkout initiation means that you clicked through to the third-party checkout; it is not a confirmation that a payment was made, and we do not send purchase events. Advanced matching is disabled: we do not send your name, email address, telephone number, payment card details, card security codes, bank details or any other payment information to Meta.

For this processing we and Meta act as joint controllers in respect of the collection and transmission of the information, and Meta acts as an independent controller for its subsequent processing. Meta may transfer information outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States; such transfers rely on the safeguards described in Meta's own data policy, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. If you withdraw marketing consent, no further information is transmitted to Meta and the Pixel cookies are expired in your browser.

The Website uses three cookie categories:

• Strictly necessary — always active
• Analytics — off until you consent
• Marketing — off until you consent

No analytics or marketing technology is loaded and no non-essential identifier is written to your browser before you have made a choice. For Google services we implement Google Consent Mode v2, with analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation all defaulting to denied until you consent.

You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the Cookie settings control in the footer. When analytics consent is withdrawn, session recording is stopped, further analytics collection is disabled, the consent signals sent to Google are updated to denied, and the analytics identifiers written by our own measurement layer are removed from your browser. When marketing consent is withdrawn, no further information is sent to Meta and the Meta Pixel cookies are expired. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you are in the European Economic Area or another region with equivalent law, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Consent — analytics technologies and session replay, and marketing communications where consent is required.
• Legitimate interests — operating and securing the Website, preventing and investigating fraud and abuse, maintaining business records, and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. We balance these interests against your rights and freedoms.
• Performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one — administering services you purchase and responding to related enquiries.
• Compliance with legal obligations — accounting, tax, regulatory and record-keeping requirements, and responding to lawful requests from competent authorities.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We may process and retain relevant personal data where lawfully necessary to detect, investigate, prevent or respond to:

• Fraud and attempted fraud, including payment fraud
• Chargeback abuse and payment disputes
• Account compromise, unauthorised access and identity misuse
• Security incidents affecting the Website or related services
• Abuse or manipulation of the services, prohibited account sharing, and attempts to circumvent applicable program rules
• Violations of the applicable terms and conditions
• The establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, and compliance with applicable legal obligations

This processing is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and remains subject to applicable privacy law. It does not involve unlimited monitoring or indefinite retention.

Exercising a deletion right does not necessarily require deletion of information that we are legally required or otherwise lawfully permitted to retain, for example in connection with an ongoing investigation, a payment dispute, accounting obligations or a legal claim.

We share personal data only where necessary, and with the following categories of recipients:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that serve and deliver the Website.
• Analytics providers — PostHog and Google (Google Analytics 4), subject to analytics consent.
• The external dashboard and checkout environment operated through our third-party service provider, which you reach by clicking a purchase or sign-in link.
• Professional advisers, such as legal and accounting advisers, where necessary.
• Competent authorities, where required by applicable law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Depending on the service and the circumstances, these recipients may act as processors on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy notices. We do not list providers whose processing has not been confirmed for the scope of this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal data to data brokers or other third parties in exchange for monetary consideration. You can control the analytics technologies described in this Privacy Policy at any time through the Cookie settings control.

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your own.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was processed. When determining retention, we take into account:

Analytics information is retained in accordance with the retention settings of the relevant analytics provider. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or otherwise put beyond use.

In particular, we limit the campaign and attribution information processed through our analytics implementation to information reasonably necessary for measurement and attribution, and no non-essential identifier is written to your browser before you have made a cookie choice. These are design choices intended to limit unnecessary collection; they are not a guarantee against all risk.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access.

However, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot therefore guarantee absolute security, and any transmission is at your own risk.

Subject to applicable law, and in particular for individuals in the European Economic Area, you may have the right to:

These rights may be subject to conditions and exceptions under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may decline or partially decline a request where we are legally required or otherwise lawfully permitted to retain the information. The Website and our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over, consistent with the applicable terms and conditions. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
